My stay was a nightmare. The air conditioning in my room was completely non-functional, leaving me to swelter in an uncomfortable 80-degree heat. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at the front desk to address my concerns, and I ended up having to sleep with the door cracked open just to get a hint of cool air. Even worse, I found ants crawling on the beds when I checked in, which was absolutely revolting!

I truly appreciated the warm and inviting decor of the lobby, which made me feel comfortable right away. The thoughtful amenities for seniors, like grab bars in the bathroom and accessible parking, were particularly helpful during my stay.

A bit more attentive front desk staff would help.

Suitably adequate option for traveling couples

The staff was friendly! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean—a noticeable plus. I mean, I was shocked to see fresh fruit at breakfast. too bad I was in a rush and couldn’t enjoy it. Then there's the shuttle, super helpful for late flights, so that's a win. My partner and I found that very convenient, plain and simple. That's what makes a stay like this decent, you know?

It wasn’t cheap though, just a basic level of comfort you might say.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend excursion in Columbus with outstanding value. The staff was cheerful and immediately accommodated us when our first room had a smoking smell. If you're planning to fly early, make sure to check parking availability at the back.

great strolls to parks and shopping nearby

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the nearby Friendship Park just over 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and how convenient it was to Easton Town Center for some fun shopping trips, making my weekend explorations so much easier. the shuttle services were also a big plus for getting around effortlessly.

Clean room, friendly staff, the convenient shuttle service made our stay enjoyable, and we loved that the hotel was close to various attractions like the nearby museums.

No problems at all.

We explored the Convention Center and Nationwide Arena, both just a short drive away. The hotel was super clean and felt modern. Perfect spot for our getaway, lots of restaurants close by. An excellent choice for groups looking to have fun in the area!

Only downside was the coffee maker in our room didn’t work, which was a bummer when I needed a morning boost. I reported it at checkout, though.

I loved how close this place was to the airport. The quick, free shuttle made my travels a breeze! The indoor pool was such a fun surprise, I swam in it after a long day! The smart TV in my room let me kick back with my favorite shows, pure bliss!

Cleanliness needs attention

The room I got wasn't cleaned well at all, there were crumbs under the bed and the carpet felt kinda gross. Staff was friendly, but I noticed the dining area could've used some upkeep too. I loved the shuttle service, but honestly, things need a thorough clean-up.
